I am an artist based in Germany. My style is loose realism, which is quite far away from photorealism but much more realistic that Impressionist works. I am greatly inspired by the Old Masters starting with Monet for their usage of color and depiction of light.

My work is characterized by strong and bold usage of color, which is exaggerated from real life. My favorite subject matter are portraits, still life and landscapes, though I do an occasional animal portrait as well. I work mainly in Acrylics and Colored pencils.
